At McGee Outdoor Solutions, we recently wrapped up a project for a homeowner with lakefront property…but no lake view. Overgrown trees and poor land layout were blocking what should’ve been a million-dollar view. We stepped in and reshaped the land for better use, removed select trees to open up the sightline, and regraded the yard so it was actually usable and mowable. The result? A clean, functional yard with a clear view of the water and space to enjoy it.
